Juicing: How Healthy Is It?

Juicing has been something that I never cared about until I’ve actually tried it. Like most people, I absolutely hate eating my vegetables. After I’ve discovered how juicing works, it made my life easier and healthier by consuming more fruits and veggies. Here are a few things you should know about what juicing can do for you.

If you’re not into fruits and vegetables, this is the perfect way to squeeze them in throughout your day. Aim to eat two whole fruits and four different type of vegetables each day.   2. It can also help in raising the pH balance in our bodies, and in turn, help to protect us from conditions related to acidic imbalances, including heart and kidney disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
