Blog #2: Winter Struggles

Do you have kids? Need something to do during the winter months and wish there were more affordable activities around the twin cities? Because the night come quicker upon us, we also have holidays that are in the winter months such as Halloween, thanksgiving and the most important Christmas in which puts a dip into our pockets. I think the biggest thing is convincing the kids on why we/you are unable to do things they want to do every single time so I have five activities listed below that won’t break your bank and that you and your kids will love. 1. Holiday Tree Lighting and Free Holiday Movie Night (Free)

2. University of Minnesota Winter Light Show Premiere (Free)

3. Old Fashioned Holiday at Holz Farm (Free)

4. Rumriver Art Center (Free Family Day to create arts and crafts)

5. The Best Christmas Pageant Ever at Stepping Stone Theatre
