Hi Katie, With flu season in full force your connection between preventing illness and drinking more water is interesting. The benefits of drinking water stretch so far beyond just staying hydrated and I feel like your blog post makes that very apparent. A lot of people don’t realize that correlation. Also the point about how dirty cell phones actually are. It’s scary. I seriously make it a point to sanitize mine at least once a week.
