I actually was thinking of a similar topic as I met a dietitian on my trip this week and we got to talking about nutrition and the correlation between eating healthy foods and feeling better. When we were putting in a full day of skiing, the last thing we wanted to do was put heavy, fried foods into our bodies because we felt more tired, faster.

    I like how you drew the conclusion that It is the combination of eating well and taking care of your physical health and being active, not just one or the other, that really does put people in a better mood, increase brain power, and create better habits; even in my personal experience I have found this to be true!
